Service was great but couldn't not make a Grande coconut milk latte no whip to save their lives.
I ordered a venti perppermint mocha and it was luke warm and no whip cream kinda ruined my day
My disabled roommate joined the rewards program to get a cofee for her birthday, she never got an email and never got a code on the app. I asked the manager if she could just come in and show her I.D. and explained she was disabled and the manager couldn't be bothered to give her the free coffee. Pretty coldhearted.
It is friendly good service. But i didnt like the eggnog latte and gingerbread.. i was happy to see them but they tasted bad
The coffee is good, but the customer service is disappointing. I've never had a barista try so hard to ignore me before. The staff are disorganized and rude.
