Very limited selection of women's clothing. I used to find cute seasonal gifts at Kohls, now it is ugly stuff. Very disappointed in the direction Kohls has been heading last 5 years.
I've never been much of a Kohl's shopper because of their higher than average pricing but I had to write the review because the customer service that I received. The staff went above and beyond what they had to do. The sales associate at the desk was extremely friendly helpful when it came to helping me save some money and she even recommended I get a Kohl's card because it saved me $95 on the spot. Whenever somebody is saving me money I'm going to say something nice about them.
Store is clean and well organized. Customer service staff excellent. Hint: check for coupons and specials before paying full price
We don't shop at Kohl's regularly but when we do it's for their awesome sales.
Been to a lot of Kohl's around the state's. This one tops them all. One word does it for me. Customer service. Is outstanding. They actually care about listen to concerns and mostly of all make improvements. Not just listen and do nothing. But actually address the situations. If this is on top of your list then this Kohl's is for you. They treat everyone like family. Kudos.
