You can tell the quality of customer service of any business based on how they react when things go wrong. I picked up a dryer yesterday and was disappointed to open the box when I got it home to find that the control panel was damaged. It was late so I called customer service at the store the next morning and explained what had happened. They explained that they were a little busy and asked if it would be alright if their manager could call me back in a few minutes rather than waiting on hold (I love it when companies offer that). After a few minutes I received a return call from one of their managers (Rochelle?) and she accommodated my request for a replacement and was able to arrange delivery. No hassle. No third degree. Just a quick, professional, and friendly solution to the problem. Well done, Home Depot.
This is my "go to" store. We just added 1500 Sq ft to the house. Almost all of the materials came from here. Great people and quality materials.
Went in to by paint, found everything I needed and told her my price range. She told me Bear was on sale for 24.00 plus tax. I said great and got 4 gallons. Get it to the front to be told this is the only Bear paint thats not on sale. Paid over 34.00 a gallon. I will never get paint from there again.
