I had an absolutely awful experience at this store. Makayla was rude and condescending to me during my visit. The service was so bad I returned the next day to end service. When I told Makayla I was discontinuing service , she sighed and said it would take hours and she was about to leave for the day. I never been treated so badly at any store! On top of the horrible customer service I had to get a new phone number because they couldn't figure out how to save my old number. I wad told that because everything was returned within 24 hours I would not be charged. When I got a final bill for 10.87 I was told there was nothing they could do. I called and asked for the store manager to call me on 2 separate days. He never called me back. On the third day I went into the store to resolve the amount they charged me and was told the store manager Clint said there was nothing he could do. I said he could have returned my calls instead of ignoring me. The girl at the counter called and got the issue resolved, so I guess there was something that could be done.
Store manager Clint provided outstanding service and answered all questions. I found the store to be professional, friendly, motivated.
Bottom line run far far away from any store that this guy Clint owns. Z wireless is awful I'd rather use a tin can and a string before doing business with these people!
