You advertise city tours, but we haven't seen a trolley anywhere in town. We called and got the reservation center, but they're not even located here in the Dells nor could they tell me where the tour starts. I certainly don't want to order tickets online or over the phone, this seems sketchy at best. Even another tour vendor said they've heard people complaining about this company.
Totally awesome experience. Enjoyed the 3 wineries and the candy shop. The lunch was nice. We had such a great time, we are already looking at doing this again next year. I am sure we will have more friends join us.
Online the hours said they were open until 5. We arrive about 4pm. So we get there and no one was there. My friend called and asked if they were still doing tours. The guy who answered was very rude and gave her a nasty attitude when she asked why they would close early if it says online they were open? I didn't even go on the tour and based on how rude they were I would go out of my way to tell everyone not to give business to this company. You catch more flies with honey than you do vinegar. I suggest you adjust your hours if you decide to close early.
I've been on a couple different Trolley tours and must say, They're Great! So much of Wisconsin Dells caters to children that the Trolley Tours really make sense for adults! This is a one-of-a-kind experience you can't get anywhere else! The staff is so friendly and the driver's sense of humor is excellent. Be prepared for a few laughs along the way. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to have a good time!
